About the Foundation

HEALTHY MINDS AND MENTAL HEALTH FOR THE YOUNG FOUNDATION was established to address the growing mental health challenges affecting Adolescents and Young People including depression, anxiety, emotional distress, substance abuse, stigma associated with mental health issues. We are committed to support, empower, and nurture young minds with compassion, foster emotional strength, and guide toward a helpful, healthy future. At HMMHYF, every young mind matters, every young voice deserves to be heard, and ever young person deserves care, hope, dignity, and a future. At HMMHYF, we listen, we care, and we provide friendly and supportive environments where they feel safe, heard, understood, protected, and loved. We are dependable and trustworthy. We are shaping healthy habits, breaking the stigma, building resilience, restoring hope, empowering the vulnerable Adolescents and Young People to thrive in their personal, educational, and professional lives.
